In 1992 we opened our first office in Nerja dedicated to sale property mainly to British client that at the same time wanted to make some profit from their initial investment. At that time we slowly started to offer their properties for rent to holidaymakers and that is how we became the main self catering property rental agents in Nerja. We now are 100% dedicated to manage properties and obtain online booking through our secure portal. Within the different types of accommodation, we specialize in apartments and villas (not hotels), offering a wide variety of quality properties at competitive prices. For us at hocosol.com it is very important the quality of the properties, we constantly visit all properties to make sure that all published details in our portal are correct and that what we offer is what the client gets on arrival.
