The complex is made up of 1 & 2 bedroom units that sleep from 2 to 6 persons.
There are lifts to all floors and each apartment has it's own underground car parking space with access directly into the unit.

From July 1st. to August 31st. only on Saturdays. and full weeks.
Rest of the year is any day of the week with a minimum of 2 or 3 nights.
Cleaning (not kitchen) is done two times per week.
Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are changed two times per week.
