It has its own private pool - 7 m. x 3.5 m., 1.2 - 1.5 m. deep. This lovely, bungalow style property is situated in the countryside above the Punta Lara area of Nerja and has amazingly stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja's coastline and the mountains.
It is approx 1 km. to the nearest beach and 3 km. to the town of Nerja itself. Within the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens and a covered shady terrace where you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of all that surrounds you.
Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a double with en-suite facilities. There is also a further cloakroom/toilet. The large lounge/dining area has access to the garden and pool area via a covered porch which is ideal for enjoying your brunch or candle lit dinners.
Other facilities: Fans - Sat TV (limited UK Channels) - CD Player - DVD Player.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels).

We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
