The newly constructed apartments are situated in Nerja just a stone’s throw away from the beach.
The fully-equipped apartments have everything you need to make you feel at home, and relaxed while on holiday. They are ideally located in the centre of Nerja, Malaga’s main tourist resort and within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
Nerja’s town centre has conserved the traditional style of an Andalusian village. The apartments are just around the corner from the Balcón de Europa, a favorite site with local people and visitors alike where the promenade is lined with bars and restaurants and lead up to a cliff top where you can contemplate the stunning views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartments have a central reception area and there is lift to all floors, satelite tv and a two minute walk to the Salon beach. All apartments are furnished with quality furniture and air conditioning comes as standard. Hair dryer and safe are also included.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels).

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
