These are independently owned Andalucian style villa / town houses as perhaps can be seen from the website picture. The accommodation in each is arranged over two floors and the rooms have views variously of the gardens and pool area, the sea and the surrounding area.
The entire development is built as a rectangular shape around a tropical garden and pool area which, although somewhat smaller, can best be described as the shape of a football field orientated north/south. Nearly all of the houses are accessed from within the development - from the inside - and access to them is via a pathway which around the perimeter of the garden. This is reached by the main entrance which leads under an arched area from the roadway into the inner gardens.
The entire complex is in an elevated position just 4 or 5 minutes stroll down the small local roadway to the Burriana beach - Nerja's main beach recently voted "The Best Beach on the Eastern Costa del Sol".
The centre of Nerja is a 10 - 15 minute stroll away along a quiet residential thoroughfare. There are numerous bars, restaurants and food shops all within easy walking distance. It is certainly not essential to have a car at this location, but there is free and unrestricted parking should you decide to rent one.

Two bedroom Town House 16 - Sleeps 4
This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that has had some refurbishment. The terrace is east/south facing and looks out towards the sea and the Burriana Beach area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds.

Three bedroom Town House 6 - Sleeps 6

This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home that has recently been completely refurbished. There is a seaview from the roof terrace and it is now one of the nicest homes in La Hacienda. There is one double bedded room, one full size twin bedded room and the third room is a little smaller so here it's a single bed with a second single bed that slides out underneath to make 2 more twin beds. There is a clothes washer in the home.

Three bedroom Town House 36 - Sleeps 6

This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom which has been recently refurbished and has a seaview from the roof terrace. It sleeps 6 people - on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Then there is a spiral staircase up to an area where there are two more beds and an exit out on to the roof terrace. This spiral staircase enters directly into this 'second floor' bedroom. It is not a conventional bedroom in the sense that it is entered through a door from a landing etc. It is often liked by children for whom it takes on the guise of a 'den'! This area would perhaps not be so suitable for very young children or elderly guests to whom the fairly narrow spiral staircase may present difficulties.
There is a full bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor

This house is a high quality townhouse offering 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (with showers) over 3 floors. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom on the upper floor . There is one full bathroom with a shower and one WC/powder room.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, plus air-conditioning and good satellite TV the house also has a charming and private roof terrace accessible from the top floor bedroom. There are magnificent garden and sea views from up here!

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is not refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival and is not refundable.

Key Collection
Details and instructions for key collection will be provided with the final confirmation email.
We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
