Two Bedroom Town House 109 - Sleeps 4
The Town House contains one bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single bed. Two Bathroom.
Since the pictures were taken, 2 more salon chairs have been added. There is a small courtyard (accessed from the kitchen door) which has a white 'garden' table and four chairs. The home has Spanish TV but a VCR is incorporated into the TV. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The Town House contains one bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single bed. Two Bathroom.
Ideally located at the corner of the main pool, it has a standard layout of salon / dining area on the ground floor leading to a modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. There is a secondary bathroom on the ground floor incorporating a 'sitz-bath'. The kitchen gives access to a delightful patio with garden dining table and chairs at the rear of the house. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Satellite TV is installed.

Two Bedroom Town House 62 - Sleeps 4
This Town house has a standard layout of salon / dining area on the ground floor leading to a modern fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge, electric oven, gas hob/stove, kettle, toaster, washing machine and microwave.
Upstairs there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, double and twin. and the main bathroom. The twin bedroom has its own balcony. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
TV with access to Freeview Channels (i.e. BBC, ITV, Sky news, CNN) is installed. There is an open plan communal courtyard with patio table and 4 chairs to the rear of the villa. Three sun-loungers are also available for sun-bathing.
This is one of the few rental properties with AIR CONDITIONING.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is not refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival and is not refundable.
If booking is made within the 21 days previous to arrival 100 % of the booking must be paid.

Key Collection
Details and instructions for key collection will be provided with the final confirmation email.
We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
