Residensol is an architect designed collection of unique and stylish homes in a wonderfully elevated position affording panoramic views over the Mediterranean from its south facing terraces.
The entire design has been specifically created to suit the hilltop on which it is built and the result is a small cluster of high quality imaginative apartments. Its mature and vibrant gardens combine with elegant Moorish domes to give Residensol a feeling of harmony and tranquillity throughout.
Through a security gated entrance, there is an elevator from road level up to an open courtyard and garden area where exotic Frangipani, Hibiscus, Bourganvelea and other tropical plants grow in abundance. It is from here that our apartment is accessed via a short stairway.
There are 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one ensuite with the master bedroom. Marble floors and heavy pine doors throughout this apartment add to the feeling of quality. The hallway leads to a spacious double aspect salon/dining area which has an ample south facing terrace with views over the sea. The master bedroom has sliding 'French windows' leading to a huge sun terrace affording 180 degree views from the ocean in the south to the majestic peaks of the Sierra Almijara mountains in the north. There is a built in BBQ on his terrace together with a large garden dining table and various other furniture for outside living. The terrace also accesses the kitchen making it an ideal place for summer dining and partying. You are also going to love the updated kitchen!
There is a washing machine, Sky digital satellite TV plus DVD & VCR players. During summer months, all guests have free access to the ample private pool at Residensol.
Located in one of the most sought after residential area on the eastern side of Nerja, the apartment is just an easy 4 or 5 minute stroll to the Burriana Beach, Nerja's main beach, where bars, restaurants and all the usual beach activities can be found in abundance. The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja, is just a 15 minute stroll along a quiet residential thoroughfare or a 7 minute car ride.

Payment:
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is not refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival and is not refundable. If booking is made within the 21 days previous to arrival 100 % of the booking must be paid.

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the deposits are not refundable.

Key Collection
Details and instructions for key collection will be provided with the final confirmation email.
We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
