Acapulco apartments are two and three bedrooms apartments with swimming pool and parking.These apartments are situated 50 meters from the Burriana beach. The apartments have good views of the sea. The apartments (2nd, 3rd.,4th) are situated in a quiet road parallel to the Parador hotel and come with private parking. The apartments were renovated in May 08 with complete new kitchen, furniture, paint etc..and the views are fantastic and south facing. Large children’s play ground area, fantastic communal gardens and pool.Sat.TV. The building has a lift / elevator.
Town centre (Balcon de Europa) is just 5 minutes level walk. Restaurants and shops are also near by.
Entry day on this property is : From July 1st. to August 30st. only on Saturdays and full weeks.
Rest of the year is any day of the week.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels).

Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies |
Entry day on this property is :
From July 1st.. to August 31st. only on Saturdays and full weeks.
Rest of the year is any day of the week.
Check-In 14:00 - 00:00 hours
Check-Out 10:00 hours.
At least one responsible adult (24 years plus) must occupy the property during the stay.
Cancellation:
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the deposits are non returnable
Payment:
45 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance in cash on arrival.
On day of arrival a returnable deposit of EUROS 150 covering possible breakages will be deducted from your credit card and reimburse within 48 hours of your departure (once the property has been checked).
We reserve the right to check the property at any time during your stay. We don’t allow groups of single persons under the age of 25 or to all male or female parties comprising more than four people. If exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description (unless otherwise accorded)
We reserve the right to decline and to terminate any bookings at our discretion if these conditions are not met.

Client obligations:
To take good care of the property and leave it in a reasonable clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay (clean kitchen utensils, rubbish bags in the container, blankets and quilts fold up, all food must be removed from the refrigerator and left empty and clean). Not to cause nuisance to adjacent neighbors.
If keys (or remote control - if provided) are lost or stolen and locks require changing, the cost of replacement will be charged to the Tenant.

Key Collection:
Details and instructions for key collection will be provided with the final confirmation email.
We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
